The pump has best operating efficiency. The flexible air relief
valve designed according to the venting features of liquid ring
vacuum pump can adjust the venting air automatically according to
changes of the pressure at suction so as to avoid overcompression
which may cause unnecessary waste. In this way, the operating
efficiency of the pump is improved and makes the pump run at the
most efficient point in complete vacuum scope.
The pump is very safe. Because there is not any metal contacts
inside the pump and the liquid film formed inside the pump has a
complete sealing result and can prevent leaking, which makes the
liquid ring pump very suitable for pumping or compressing
flammable, explosive and erosive gas.
The pump is very steady during operation. The rotators are done
dynamic balancing of high precise grade and the axial diameter of
rotators are very enough which ensures the pump run steadily
without vibration. There is no impulse and vibration at pumping and
compressing. The flexible air relief valve avoids overcompression
and noise. The pump runs very steadily with low noise and is easy
to maintain and repair.
A large window is set at the sucking side and discharging side of
the cover and through the window, the maintaining person can check
the clearance between the impeller and the round plate, erosive
condition and water scaling condition.
The pump pulley and the electrical pulley is connected with the
shaft with tapered sleeve. It's very convenient for disassembling
and maintaining.
The pump is very reliable. The imported bearings of different
specifications are used for the pumps of different sizes and the
lifetime of the bearings are over 20 years.
According to the user's requirement to the temperature rise, we
measure the temperature with platinum resistance thermometer and
measure the temperature of the bearing on line. We can also check
the vibration.
The pump can reduce the working liquid consumption in large volume.
The working liquid of SLV liquid ring vacuum pump is self-priming
type. The pump sucks suitable amount of water automatically from
the container according to the sucking pressure and it's
unnecessary to be controlled by people, which simplifies the
operation greatly. Because closed circulating system is used and it
reduces the consumption of working liquid greatly and the draining
of the waste liquid, the cost is cut greatly for the users.
The pump is easy to install. In order to install conveniently, the
pump is set vent on top and face side. The inlet and outlet flange
pressure grade is 1.0MPa. When using the top vent flange,
top-mounted air-water separator can be used to save much floor
area. When it's necessary to save investment, side face vent flange
can be used. Both of the two ways won't affect the performance of
the pump.
