APPLICATION
LEX and MEX pumps are suitable to convey air and gas, even the air
and gas with suspended liquid, but containing no solid content or
dust. It's widely used in chemical industry, pharmacy, food,
textile and plastic industry for pumping the gas and vapor,
vaporization and vacuumization.
PRODUCT FEATURES
MEX and LEX are two different types.
MEX：MEX is monoblock pump and the rotators are supported by ball
bearing in the motor. The motor is B35 of Y series. The whole pump
is supported by the motor foot.
LEX: LEX has special bearing room and the inner ball bearing
supports rotors parts. Even for big size pump, this kind of
structure is of best reliability. The structure is not only simple,
but also ensures the rotors completely concentric to the motor. The
motor is B5 of Y series.
For the two structures, the material of the static parts is cast
iron (ASTM A278 C1 250) or stainless steel (ASTM A351 CF8M). The
impeller is usually stainless steel, not only corrosion proof but
also wearing proof, which also improves the reliability of the
pump. All pumps can be connected with the motors of 50Hz or 60Hz.
This series of products cover a wide range and has good
reliability.
MATERIAL
Material of flow passage components:
Cast iron HT250. Nodular cast iron QT500-7, QT450-18. Stainless
steel 316, 316L, etc.
